And polite. As it was early hours in the morning we couldn't see our apartment enterance properly but the driver kept driving around the blocks until we eventually found it and even then he waited until we was safely in the gates to the apartment which was very sweet of him and he went that extra mile. Shortly after booking I received a text message from the driver confirming the pick up and providing her mobile number in case I needed to contact her.
