How to order a transfer?

Transfer order takes place in 3 steps - choosing the route and car class, specifying transfer details and providing payment information.

How do i correctly choose the route?

In order to choose the right route (and get the best price) start by selecting your pick up and drop off places in the search box. In order to get a transfer to the airport in the "From" field select the city where you are traveling. In the "To" field select your airport. The airport can be specified by typing unique to each airport IATA code. Transfer includes a trip from any address within the city limits. After specifying "From" and "To" points, click "Find" and you will see available transfer options on the screen.

Which car class should I choose?

For each car class in the result list the number of passengers and pieces of luggage. Pay attention to passenger and luggage capacity as well as comfort when selecting your vehicle. Most of our vehicles are not older than 4 years, air conditioned and are in perfect technical shape.

How to correctly enter trip details?

After you have selected vehicle class (by pressing "select" in results list), you will be asked to fill out the booking form. First off all you will need to provide flight number and hotel name of your destination. If you don't know flight number, type in your departure city (last one in case of a transit flight). If you are travelling from the airport, use your arrival time as a pick up. In case of a trip to airport, calculate pick up time using this formula: 2-3 hours before departure plus trip time.
Next step is to select total passenger number. Attention! Children count as passengers. You can pre book child seats and boosters for additional safety. Depending on the supplier, extra charge per child seats or boosters can be applied. This should be clearly stated in booking process for your selected vehicle
Next step is to enter lead passenger contact information. Enter first and last name (will be used on a welcome sign), contact Email and phone number (including country code). Voucher and confirmation number will be sent to the email provided in your booking. Make sure your phone is switch on and can receive calls in roaming upon pick up so that driver can contact you in case of an emergency.

How to pay?

In order to reserve your car, we require small deposit to paid. The rest must be paid in cash to the driver upon pick up. Deposit can be paid with MasterCard or Visa as well as PayPal.

Other questions

Price on website is per person or vehicle?

Prices on site are per vehicle if not stated otherwise, price does not depond on the amount of passengers. Every car class has its maximum passenger capacity clearly stated.

Does your prices change because of date or time?

No, our prices don't depend on dates or time of travel.

How long before pick up can i make an order?

You can book a transfer any time, but not later than 16 hours before pick up.

What should i do if my flight landed earlier?

If your flight landed earlier, check if your driver is not waiting for you at the arrivals hall. If not, feel free to contact your driver by phone or SMS.

Do i need to pay if my flight is delayed?

No, 60 minutes waiting time starts at the moment of actual landing.

Do you provide driver contacts?

Yes, contacts are sent to email and SMS.

Do you provide meet and greet service with a nameplate?

Yes, driver will meet you in arrivals hall and will hold a welcome sign with your name on it.

What are your guarantees?

We guarantee, that our customer support, supplier and driver himself will do everything to fulfil transfer booking. Driver will have your contact information and you will have his on the other side. We work only with pre-approved suppliers with good service history and support.

Does the driver accept credit cards?

No, driver only accepts cash.

Can i make amendments to my booking?

In order to make changes to your booking, contact us through contact information specified in your booking voucher

How do i cancel my booking?

You can find contact information in your voucher. Contact us and we will be happy to cancel your booking free of charge and process full refund if cancellation made less than 24 hours before pick up.
